Darkplace
So I'm late on this but
Garth Marenghi's Darkplace is one of the funniest shows I've seen in a while. The production and graphics are on point with vintage BBC sci-fi. I think it's the music that brings it next level though. "Stig Baasvik" nails the mooged out intro, witty break downs, and Twin Peaks style synth beads. We heard the intro and some soundbites in
last week's show. Check out Darkplace on
the tubes and cop the DVD!
Lots of other jazz, afro beat, with some uptempo jams towards the end. There are a ton of tunes I just can't get out of my head right now. We'll be doing more of the same tonight so hit me up at 10pm. I'd make this post longer but my internet at home is on the freak and the neighbors signal isn't so strong. I'll go on the record that I hate Comcast by the way. Alright see me tonight and we'll talk more,
