WZBC Desi in the Boston Globe!

Boston Globe (with a nice audio piece on the page as well). If you're not an early riser, here's your reason to become one and catch her show

New MIA towards the end of the show. Her new album drops Aug. 20, and while I hate hype, from the tracks I've heard it's gonna be a crazy one.
Quick mention of some new tracks from multi-instrumentalist
J.D. Meachem. We heard "Long Lost," direct from his
myspace in last week's show. He's got some other new tracks up there as well (most with lyrics), and looks to be performing soon in a south side near you so stay tuned for that!
There will unfortunately be no
Mofo Radio this evening (the 15
th). Summertime travels have put me out of the town for a few days. Back in action next Wednesday though so see me then!
